Our workouts combine breathwork and meditation practices (that have been scientifically proven to reduce symptoms of anxiety, depression, and insomnia) with coaching tools tailored to the needs of our members.

We finish every workout with time to connect, since relationships have been demonstrated to be the most important factor contributing to happiness. And because we like each other.

Inspired Mornings: 1 hr Breathwork + MF Tools
$240.00

Monthly in-person course. We meet every Monday and Wednesday from 7 am - 8 am. We begin with 25 minutes of breathwork, followed by “life tool” acquisition and discussion, with time to connect over tea and refreshments. All practices are evidence-based and the specific benefits are discussed in session.
